Refund and Exchange Policy
Our products are currently made to order, and are therefore not eligible for refunds. We will accept damaged items for exchange provided they are in unused or unworn condition with tags in their original packaging. If you received an incorrect item, please let us know so we can contact our production partner to reship the correct item.
We have a 30-day return policy for any items that is not noted as made to order. Customers have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to to submit a photo to verify the damage.
Gift Cards and Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale price items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please note, all made to order items cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for a different size providing the item has not been worn or damaged. Return shipping to Baseball Family Gear is at the customer's expense. Baseball Family Gear will cover the shipping for the replacement item.
